These projects showcase my experience conducting end-to-end mixed-method research across different industries, as well as my ability to solve challenges for different populations using human-centered design principles and design thinking strategies. Developed a high-fidelity prototype for an app designed to help "sandwich" caregivers manage this time consuming and emotional process. Features leverage generative AI and medical platform interoperability to help simplify complex medical information.

Conducted 1-on-1 and group interviews with shoulder arthroplasty surgeons and patients. Developed a patient-journey map to provide insight to design team to create a dual-purpose "trophy" for successful surgeries.

Client work
Conducted expert reviews of 9 different TV services with live and on-demand content. Moderated over 60 in-person usability sessions and synthesized data to produce 9 final reports and a finalized scorecard for our client.
Smartphone Retail Experience

Client work
Led a project focused on the experience of smartphone shoppers in a simulated retail environment, focused on the presence of a companion device. Conducted 20 in person interviews, performed quantitative data collection, and executed qualitative analysis of key findings.

Inclusive UX Design & Research

Independent Project
Completed a 7-day design sprint to redesign the Craigslist homepage by conducting user research, ideating on surprising insights, and creating wireframes in Figma. Check out my prototype here.
